Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hubspot CRM Manager to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in sales and CRM management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement Hubspot CRM solutions to enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Train and support sales teams on Hubspot CRM best practices.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and CRM management, preferably with Hubspot CRM.
Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales data.
Experience working with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
