ment, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM according to business needs.
Customize pipelines, workflows, properties, templates, and dashboards.
Lead & Contact Management
Manage and segment contact databases for effective targeting.
Develop automated processes for lead scoring, nurturing, and assignment.
Sales & Marketing Enablement
Support sales teams with templates, sequences, and automation tools.
Create and optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email campaigns.
Track and improve conversion rates across different sales stages.
Data Management & Integration
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness within the CRM.
Manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Gmail, Zoom).
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports.
Provide insights into KPIs such as pipeline growth, deal progress, campaign ROI, and customer lifecycle.
Training & Support
Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
Provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of CRM features.
Process Optimization & Compliance
Audit existing CRM processes and recommend improvements.
Implement automation to streamline manual tasks.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Expert or HubSpot Administrator.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
Hands-on experience with CRM customization, automation, and reporting.
Ability to manage integrations with third-party tools and APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
HubSpot certifications (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
