HTML CSS With Figma,Photoshop Engineer - Remote - Full Time - EST Timezone

Role Overview:

As a Web Developer you will be responsible for implementing and customizing our personalization platform for clients. You will collaborate with the services teams, sales team, and customer success team to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in web development and familiarity with marketing automation platforms will enable you to create personalized user experiences and optimize the platform's functionality. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work will contribute to the success of our projects and drive customer satisfaction.

Role Expectations:

●     Implement, deploy campaigns, and customize platforms to meet client requirements and provide personalized user experiences.

●     Collaborate with the services teams, sales team, and customer success team to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.

●     Develop and maintain solutions and features using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant tools and technologies, such as JQuery, SQL, Groovy, and Hive with a mobile-first approach

●     Proficiency in Figma/Photoshop, with the ability to create and refine high-quality design assets, email, and onsite Campaign.

●     Optimize performance and ensure compatibility across browsers, email clients, and devices.

●     Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the platform.

●     Train users on our platforms, and excel in creative problem-solving, delivering high-quality solutions to meet customer requirements.

●     Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve web development practices

●     Timely and successful implementation of the solutions for clients.

●     Creation of engaging and personalized user experiences on client websites and email campaigns.

●     Positive feedback from clients on the functionality and performance of the solutions delivered.

●     Collaboration with the service team and other team members to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, web development) or equivalent experience.

●     2+ years of experience as a Web Developer, preferably in a SaaS environment.

●     Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies including APIs. Experience in mobile optimization for websites.

●     Demonstrate proficiency in Figma/Photoshop by creating simple UI layouts and marketing assets (such as banners and email creatives), and develop a portfolio showcasing scalable design systems and style guides.

●     Strong understanding of data structures and query logic.

●     Familiarity with marketing automation and personalization platforms.

●     Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

●     Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Qualifications:

●     Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with remote teams

●     Knowledge of client-side single-page applications using modern frameworks like React

●     Excellent debugging and optimization skills

●     Unit/integration testing experience

●     Basic or Intermediate knowledge on Vue.js

●     Excellent Problem solving and Consulting skills

●     Hands-on experience with database standards and end user application

●     Develop and maintain stored procedures.

●     An understanding performance tuning and optimizations

●     Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required

●     Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics, and isolation levels
