Position Summary

To deliver Safety Trainings at Client place
To deliver Safety Trainings at Client place .imum 12 months duration..
Sound experience with processing industry and Trainer competencies.

Responsibility and Authority

Good Communication and Mentoring skills
Have sufficient exposure with Health & Safety trainings in the form of delivering versatile topics which benefits Processing / Manufacturing plant
Willingness to shift to Client location for a period of minimum 12 months
Work experience with processing industry / manufacturing plants
Already experienced in training management staff till contractor level participants
Domain subject matter export to provide afront solutions
Good track records with participants and stakeholder feedbacks
Adopting to contingency methods to enhance training objectives at plant level
To scale up participants skills / knowledges with good
Creative to introduce new training methods to coach participants for better safety behaviors at plant
Passion to transform training mechanism into safety performance of participants whom he/she train.

Education and Experience

Minimum 10 years experience as Trainer with Health & Safety Domain.
Preferably engineering graduates or Science degree.
Professional qualifications from International and Domestic boards
Qualifications on key critical activities of Health and Safety for eg., Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height and others
Language proficiency with Hindi and other regional languages.
