Key Responsibilities:


HRIS Implementation & Integration:

  • Lead end-to-end

    HRIS implementation and system integration

    (Odoo or SAP preferred).
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system rollout, configuration, and user adoption.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

HR Operations & Policy Development:

  • Design, adapt, and implement

    HR policies and frameworks

    aligned with global standards.
  • Extract and customize policies from existing frameworks for global applicability.
  • Ensure operational consistency and compliance across regions.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain

    HR dashboards, metrics, and reports

    to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Translate HR data into actionable insights to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular analysis on headcount, attrition, compensation trends, and policy effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to align systems and processes.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for policy changes, workforce planning, and process automation.
