Job Description

As an HRIS Analyst at Align Technology, you will be a crucial part of the Global HR Technology team, responsible for providing day-to-day Workday HR system support for the APAC region. Your role will involve managing, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues to ensure timely responses and delivery of high-quality solutions and customer service to end users. You will also support configuration and troubleshooting of business processes in areas such as Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance/Talent Management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating reports and dashboards in Workday, including the ability to create calculated fields - Executing mass loading of data through Workday EIB - Maintaining data integrity by running queries and analyzing data - Providing security administration by maintaining user system access, roles, and permissions - Assisting with testing of Workday new releases, features, and performing regression testing - Supporting the development, configuration testing, and implementation of new enhancements and integrations - Maintaining user guides, quick reference materials, and providing training to end users as necessary - Collaborating with colleagues to identify needs and make recommendations for process improvements, system enhancements, and new applications - Participating in other projects or duties as required - Providing support to audit processes and the quality management system as needed To excel in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work independently. Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proactive and empathetic customer service skills are also important.
