HR Business Partner (HRBP)

As an HRBP, you will support end-to-end HR service delivery and act as a strategic partner to the business. You will be responsible for driving engagement, managing employee relations, and ensuring HR practices align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end HR service delivery for assigned business units.
  • Foster strong business relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Manage induction and smooth assimilation of new joiners.
  • Oversee employee confirmation processes, performance management, and appraisals.
  • Handle employee grievances, provide counselling, and proactively resolve concerns.
  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions and implement action plans to enhance employee experience.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and drive productivity.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring compliance and proper interpretation.
  • Manage attrition analysis, retention strategies, and proactive interventions.
  • Maintain accurate HR reports and dashboards related to employee engagement and other HR metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (mandatory).
  • 35 years of pure HRBP experience in the IT Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT/ITES work culture and dynamics.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management and business interfacing skills.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Solid experience in employee development, performance management, and engagement activities.
  • Ability to prioritise, organise, and handle multiple assignments independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and reporting tools.
