Role Title:

HR Business Partnering

• Aligns people strategy with evolving business vision and commercial drivers
• Understands organizational culture, stakeholder dynamics, and internal politics
• Builds influence across leadership and employee groups

HR Operations

• Manages full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and exit processes
• Drives compliance and consistency across HR processes

Talent Management

• Leads talent reviews and development planning
• Builds succession pipelines for critical roles
• Ensures timely hiring with zero talent gaps

Performance Management

• Owns annual performance cycle with governance and rigor
• Promotes high-performance culture via goal setting, feedback, and consequence management
• Coaches managers to drive continuous dialogue and performance outcomes
• Designs engagement interventions focused on career growth, role clarity, and relationship quality

Compensation & Benefits

• Administers C&B processes in line with corporate guidelines
• Supports annual compensation cycles to retain and attract talent
