Key Responsibilities:

• Strong with data & analytics and hands on in dashboarding.
• Serve as the HR partner for tech teams, aligning peoples strategies with business objectives.
• Support leadership in shaping the tech divisions culture, organizational design, and change management.
• Collaborate with tech leaders on talent development, including performance, career paths, and succession planning.
• Design and implement engagement and retention programs tailored to tech teams.
• Provide coaching on team dynamics, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with recruitment to build a robust tech talent pipeline and workforce planning.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within tech teams.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in HR business partnering role, preferably in tech.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence leaders.
