Location:

Only Fresher and Less Then 1 Year Exp

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and manage HR data and employee records for corporate functions.
Support
onboarding process
and ensure a seamless Day-1 experience for new hires in corporate roles.
Actively contribute to
employee relations and engagement initiatives
.
Act as
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for the central POSH compliance committee, lead initiatives, and coordinate quarterly general meetings.
Handle data-related activities, including
HR reports and metrics analysis
.
Manage
off-roll hiring, onboarding, and exit processes
.
Oversee
internal movements and employee transfers
across departments.
Ensure smooth exit formalities, including accurate
full-and-final settlements
.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
HR operations and employee lifecycle management
.
Familiarity with
POSH compliance and HR data analytics
.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
.
Ability to
multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
.
