HRBP - HR Generalist

Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner with around 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in driving people initiatives and supporting strategic HR interventions across various functions. Your proactive and hands-on approach as an HR professional will be crucial in understanding business goals and aligning HR strategies to meet them effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders to comprehend workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives. - Employee Engagement: Strategize and implement engagement activities, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace culture. - Performance Management: Support the entire performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final assessments. - Talent Management: Identify high-potential employees and assist in developing their growth plans. - Onboarding & Induction: Ensure seamless onboarding and cultural assimilation of new employees. - Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and provide support during disciplinary procedures. - HR Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards, analyze data, and utilize insights to drive people decisions and continuous improvement. - Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role. - Strong interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management abilities. - Proficient understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and industry best practices. - Practical experience in utilizing HRMS and reporting tools.
