Job Description

You are an HR Business Partner with approximately 3 years of relevant experience, responsible for driving people initiatives and supporting strategic HR interventions across functions. As a proactive and hands-on HR professional, you possess an understanding of business goals and align HR strategies to meet them effectively. Your key responsibilities include collaborating closely with business leaders to comprehend workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives. You will be instrumental in planning and executing engagement activities, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace culture. Supporting the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final assessments, is also a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will assist in identifying high-potential employees and supporting their development plans while ensuring the smooth onboarding and cultural integration of new employees. In terms of employee relations, you will be responsible for addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and supporting disciplinary procedures as needed. Furthermore, maintaining HR dashboards, analyzing data to support people decisions, and ensuring continuous improvement will be part of your responsibilities. It is also vital to ensure policy compliance by adhering to internal policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices, as well as hands-on experience in using HRMS and reporting tools are essential qualifications. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
