About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across the logistics and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to understand business needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences, while supporting long-term workforce planning. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy & Planning Partner with business leaders in Logistics and Real Estate divisions to understand current and future hiring needs. Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational growth. Sourcing & Recruitment Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and industry-specific channels. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand roles such as operations managers, logistics coordinators, sales executives, brokers, property managers, and project engineers. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Promote the company as an employer of choice in the logistics and real estate markets. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and competencies. Advise managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and market salary benchmarks. Compliance & Reporting Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or real estate. Strong understanding of talent market trends in both industries. Proven experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred AttributesExperience hiring for roles such as freight forwarders, warehouse supervisors, drivers, brokers, site engineers, and property consultants. Strong networking and headhunting skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. What We OfferCompetitive salary & performance incentives.
