Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Oversee HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve HR operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Work closely with HR leaders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.

  • Manage and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers.

  • Monitor and analyze HR data, including turnover rates, employee engagement surveys, and other metrics, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics to senior leadership.

  • Manage relationships with external HR vendors and partners.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
