Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in HR. The HR Trainee will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support the onboarding process of new employees.
• Assist in payroll data collection and attendance monitoring.
• Help in drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
• Support HR team in employee engagement activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.

Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: BBA (HR) or MBA (HR)
• Experience: Freshers only
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Criteria

• Candidates from Ernakulam location will be given preference.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
