We Are Hiring!
Trontek Electronics Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic BBA / MBA (HR) freshers to join our HR team as HR Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, coordination).
Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain candidate databases and HR records.
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
Provide support in daily HR functions as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

BBA or MBA in HR (Freshers preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
Eager to learn, hardworking, and proactive.
Must be comfortable working from Naraina, Delhi location.
