HR Operations

• Coordinate with the candidate for the pre-employment health check.
• Ensure complete joining formalities (provide joining kit, creation of email ID’s, Arcus- HIS, document verification and scanning, maintaining the employee personal file, issuing employee ID card, food card, facility tour, handover).
• Ensure all the compliance forms to be filled by the new joiners.
• Ensure all the employee documents are collected on the time of joining and during the service (employee file maintenance).
• Ensure all the bio-metrics registration is complete and ensuring that the biometric machines are in working condition.
• Ensure all the communication mails to be circulated (joining announcement, birthday wishes and condolences and other important announcements).
• Letters- Ensure all the letters (offer, appointment, probationary confirmation, promotion, increment, absconding etc) are prepared and documented.
• Food card management- Ensure all new cards are active and block the resigned and broken cards, and co-ordinate with food card vendor for all the transactions.
• HRIS- Ensure all the staff details are updated in adrenaline.
• Support to Payroll management- Code creation, prepare trackers for the payroll process.
• MIS- Maintain trackers for probationary confirmation, contract renewals, Medical indemnity, annual health check, absconding, QI slides.
• Ensure all the employee quires are answered.
