Job Description

1.HRMS Manage and support HR systems - Zoho PeoplePlus, any other HRMS will be added advantage. Configure workflows, dashboards etc Oversee implementation with other HR tools. 2. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity across HR systems. Generate regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders (e.g., headcount, attrition, compliance, payroll data). Support HR analytics and dashboard creation. 3. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations through automation and technology. Collaborate with HR leaders to redesign and implement efficient workflows. 4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for HR systems related to L&D, ATS etc. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors as required. Train employees, admins on system usage. 5. Compliance & Security: Ensure systems are compliant with data privacy and labor laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Manage access rights and ensure secure handling of employee data.
