Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The role will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and other core HR activities. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to start a career in HR and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction process for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
Provide assistance in training coordination and performance management activities.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and queries from employees.

Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
