Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote and sell our Ayurvedic medicine range. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their health concerns, and recommending appropriate Ayurvedic solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Ayurvedic remedies. Clearly explain product benefits, usage, and pricing. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain a database of customer information and call records in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries, resolve objections, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads and provide after-sales support to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge and Ayurvedic health solutions. Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in healthcare or Ayurvedic products). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of Ayurveda is an advantage (training will be provided).
