Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic 360 Recruitment Lead to manage and drive results through our internal recruiter team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling full-cycle recruitment, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the internal recruitment team to achieve hiring targets. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement analysis to final placement.
• Maintain strong and consistent communication with active clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Coordinate with clients for feedback, updates, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct or attend client meetings when required. (Training will be provided for candidates new to client interactions.)
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality in all recruitment activities. • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for business development and client expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (360 role) within a staffing or recruitment firm.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
• Client relationship management or business development experience (preferred; training will be provided if not).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
