We’re looking for a dynamic HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be directly involved in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while supporting HR operations that shape employee experience and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Support HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and HR process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the HR domain.
