Job Title: HR - Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: On-site (Navi Mumbai) Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On-site)Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Work from Home) About Wunderkint Creative:Wunderkint Creative is a fast-growing, full-service advertising and marketing agency known for its bold ideas, unforgettable campaigns, and a team that thrives on energy and collaboration. Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and driven HR – Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR within the advertising, digital, or marketing agency ecosystem and will be responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and knows how to spot and attract standout talent. Key Responsibilities:Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboardingPartner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planningBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline across creative, strategy, social media, production, and execution rolesDrive employer branding initiatives to position Wunderkint as a top talent destinationManage and refine recruitment tools, platforms, and reporting systemsDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies including job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and referralsOversee and improve onboarding and induction processes for new hiresMaintain recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to leadershipFoster a positive and high-performing workplace culture aligned with our valuesHandle exit interviews and help analyze attrition patterns Requirements:Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a marketing/advertising/digital agencyProven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategyStrong communication skills in both English and HindiAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other HRMS tools Perks & Culture:Dynamic and youthful team environmentRegular agency events, annual offsites, and Friday funOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding agencyWork with a mix of India’s most exciting brands.
