About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused
HR Support Executive
to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a smooth, engaging, and positive experience for new employees from the moment they accept their offer until they are fully integrated into the organization. You will act as a key liaison between new hires, HR, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience.
- Coordinate pre-joining activities such as pre-onboarding communication and support
- Conduct new hire orientation, ensuring employees are informed about company culture, values, policies, and benefits
- Provide continuous support and guidance to new employees during their initial days/weeks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (TA Partners, HRPs, IT, Admin, Facilities) to ensure all necessary resources arrangements are in place
- Track and monitor onboarding metrics using surveys, FGDs Amber feedback
- Own strategic onboarding projects to simplify process and enhance new joiner experience
- Contribute to Culture initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement
- Invoice Processing
- Support with Visa and other employment related documents
- Support offboarding
Qualifications Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, employee onboarding, or employee experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with HR systems, MS Office, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging employee experience
