HR Supervisor

As a valuable member of our team, your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, managing joining formalities, and ensuring a smooth induction process for new employees. You will be responsible for handling employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy work environment. Identifying training needs, organizing sessions, and supporting skill development will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will assist in performance evaluations and employee feedback processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while managing contract labor systems. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation, as well as clearly communicating HR policies and procedures to all employees, will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks. You will also play a significant role in driving engagement initiatives and boosting employee morale within the organization. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of experience in HR or administrative roles, with a good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic HRMS tools. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day, and a Master's degree is preferred, while one year of experience in human resources is required.
