Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage onboarding, payroll, and compliance for our U.S. workforce. Strong knowledge of California labor laws is mandatory, along with hands-on experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems like ADP or Paycom.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and system setup.
  • Coordinate payroll processing accurately and on time using ADP, Paycom, or similar systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and maintain HR records.
  • Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, and respond to employee queries.
  • Maintain HRIS data and generate management reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve HR issues efficiently.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience in U.S. operations.
  • In-depth understanding of California labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or Paycom.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
