What would you do
In this role, youd be solely supporting our business partner 3 Day Blinds. Headquartered in Irvine, CA, USA, this window treatment company conducts business throughout most of the United States. The driver of the business is the Design Consultants (DCs), who support the shop at home model by going into the clients homes and selling the product directly there. This role is the lifeblood of the business and very nuanced to recruit for given that it is a 100% commissioned position.Working Conditions US Hours needs to have flexibilityShift timings US shifts (6PM IST to 3AM IST)Candidate should be willing to work in Rotational Night shiftsMonday to FridayIn this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or teamPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsDeveloping an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.

Drive Operational Excellence within Team and support OE Focal. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required3.Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible4.Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client.5.Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon6.Assist Team with performing Root Cause Analysis on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions7.Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process, as required8.Ensure the process dashboards and visual management displays are reviewed on an ongoing basis and up to date
Roles and Responsibilities: 1.implementing the overall recruiting strategy2.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives3.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.4.Screen candidates resumes and job applications5.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule6.Decipher the truth in both what is being said and what is not being said during Preliminary calls7.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team8.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process9.Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 10.Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition11.Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications12.Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) 13.Scheduling support
