HR Related Role

As a Business Development / Inside Sales Executive at nHRMS, located in Whitefield, Bangalore, with 12 years of experience and an MBA in HR or Marketing, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and growth strategies in the Staffing / Recruitment / HR Consulting industry. Your primary focus will be on startups, mid-sized, and product/service-based companies in the IT and Non-IT sectors. Your key responsibilities will include proactively sourcing data, conducting market research, generating leads, identifying market movements, making cold calls, developing client databases, exploring HR implementation tools, and engaging with startups, mid & small-sized product and service companies. Additionally, you will coordinate and assist in HR tool implementation for clients, follow up consistently, and work towards achieving defined sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada / Hindi / Telugu / Tamil), strong market mapping, analytical and research abilities, prior experience in cold calling and lead conversion, a deep understanding of HR tools and staffing lifecycle, a self-starter mentality, and a drive to achieve results. You should be willing to work from the office in Indira Nagar, Bangalore. Bonus skills include exposure to handling HR software or tools and an existing client database in staffing or recruitment.
