Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fit.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with the company's values.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in HR Recruitment or related field (freshers welcome).
Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
