Job Summary:

Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Understand manpower requirements across departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Sales, Finance, etc.).
  
• Source candidates using

  job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and campus drives

  .
• Build and maintain a

  talent pipeline

  for critical hospitality roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with HODs and hiring managers.
  
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  
• Manage

  offer negotiations, joining formalities, and documentation

  .
• Maintain recruitment MIS and regularly update management on hiring status.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.
  
• Actively promote

  employer branding

  through innovative sourcing strategies and social media presence.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

  hospitality industry manpower needs

• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in using

  job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, and recruitment tools

• Ability to handle bulk hiring and

  work under pressure

  .
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
• Positive attitude, team player, and people-centric approach.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in

  Human Resources / Hospitality Management / Business Administration

  .

• 2–4 years of experience

  in hospitality recruitment (hotel industry preferred).
• Strong exposure to

  frontline and managerial level hiring

  .
