Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech, Non-Tech & Campus Hiring)
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+ years of expertise in tech & non-tech recruitment, campus connect, and intern pipeline management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong hiring strategies, strengthening employer brand, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.______________Key ResponsibilitiesCore Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across levels.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Drive Campus Connect initiatives: represent the organization at campuses, design engagement strategies, and ensure a structured intern-to-hire pipeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create interview frameworks, and drive efficient selection processes.
  • Ensure an engaging and transparent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Optional Exposure (For Candidates Interested in Broader HR)

  • Support employee engagement activities and employer branding.
  • Collaborate with HR team on learning initiatives or talent programs.
  • Gain exposure to HR operations, policies, and performance processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience (tech & non-tech), with exposure to campus hiring and intern program management.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent mapping).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
