Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature, developing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Teach Hindi language (speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and literature) to students. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress. Encourage student participation and maintain classroom discipline. Organize language activities such as debates, storytelling, poetry recitation, and drama. Prepare students for internal and board examinations (if applicable). Provide individual support to students as needed. Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff on academic planning. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature or a relevant field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred. Proven experience teaching Hindi in a school setting. Excellent command of Hindi and good communication skills in English. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms. Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum. Creative thinking and ability to design interactive language learning activities.
