Mother Teacher

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main teacher for one class, teaching all major subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.)
Create a safe and positive classroom environment conducive to learning and emotional well-being.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
Use interactive and creative methods to engage children (songs, storytelling, games, art & craft).
Monitor and assess students' progress through regular evaluations and personalized feedback.
Foster social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development in children.
Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on academic and behavioral progress.
Organize class events, celebrations, and activities to promote team spirit and participation.
Maintain proper records of student attendance, grades, and activities.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school functions.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and child-centric attitude
Good command of English (written & spoken)
Classroom management and child psychology knowledge
Creative teaching methods and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori
Experience in CBSE/ICSE/IB or other recognized boards
Prior experience as a Mother Teacher is an advantage
