About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in team handling, client coordination, and Non-IT recruitment across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for FinTech, Middle Office, and Finance roles including Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Business Support.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and final rounds.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate and updated data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and assist in campus or early-career hiring when required.
