Job description
Sabato Exports is looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Manager to handle both talent acquisition and core HR functions. This person will manage the entire hiring process, develop HR policies, oversee employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should be able to build a strong workforce while also handling HR operations efficiently.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Time-to-Fill Open Positions – Reduce hiring time while maintaining quality.
2. Employee Retention Rate – Ensure high retention through engagement initiatives.
3. HR Policy Implementation – Ensure all HR policies are well-structured and communicated.
4. Performance Review Completion – Execute regular performance appraisals on time.
5. Compliance & Legal Adherence – Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and company policies.
