HR & Recruitment Executive

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from Recruitment and Onboarding to Employee Engagement and Compliance. Your main duties will include: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. - Coordinate the hiring process and issue offer letters. - Manage employee onboarding, including documentation and induction programs. - Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with company policies, including GPS-based attendance tracking. - Handle leave management and address attendance-related queries. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. - Address employee concerns and grievances professionally. - Organize team-building activities and engagement programs. - Conduct performance reviews every six months and maintain appraisal records. - Assist in salary processing, overtime calculations, and compensation management. - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy. - Ensure adherence to company policies, including working hours, notice periods, and disciplinary actions. - Implement and communicate HR policies effectively to all employees. - Identify skill gaps and coordinate employee training sessions. - Facilitate career growth opportunities within the company. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in an Recruitment role. - Knowledge of HR policies and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
