HR Recruitment Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to manage core HR functions and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our organization’s culture, ensuring HR compliance, and attracting top talent. (Females Preferable). Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, WorkIndia, Indeed , Apna etc.). Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract potential candidates. Conduct initial candidate assessments, including phone screenings. Maintain and update the Applicant data with candidate information. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Support in conducting market research to identify new recruitment channels and trends. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires. Provide administrative support for recruitment activities as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
