HR Recruitment Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting overall HR goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Prepare and roll out offer letters and assist with onboarding
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bulk hiring or lateral hiring
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment (depending on role)
