Job Summary:

G P Aarogya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for various positions across our healthcare verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand staffing needs and prepare recruitment plans accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Schedule interviews with relevant department heads.
• Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process of new hires.
• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
• Assist in employer branding and participation in job fairs or campus drives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
• Good understanding of recruitment techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare industry hiring trends.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and job consultants.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
