Job Description

HR Executive - Recruitment - Kochi

Experience - Minimum 1 - 2yr, Hands on Experience in Volume / Bulk Hiring

Location - Kochi

Shift - 11.30 - 8.30PM

Work from office

Immediate joiners Preferred

Candidates with relevant Experience may apply

Duties and Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/in-person)
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations
Plan and execute high-volume recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
Schedule and organize interviews with candidates and interview panels
Prepare and send offer letters, rejection emails, and other communications
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding process and documentation for selected candidates
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
