HR Recruiter/Coordinator

As an HR Recruiter at Rochem Separation Systems, a subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems Limited, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will be responsible for developing effective recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts, as well as participate in career fairs and networking events.
