Position title: STORE EXECUTIVE - Physical. (Replacement of Pranav Bhoir)

Primary Responsibilities
l Physical Transfer of material from inward area to Trading Stores as per daily ZQA33 report and reporting shortages if any.
l Handover of reservation material to the concerned and binning of balance stock material with proper tagging and in proper packing.
l Physical Shifting of material against STO/ Disc / Membrane Cushions/ CF elements from 1100 / 1300 stores as per requirement.
l Maintaining Cleaner Stock. Internal Inspection of New Cleaner Batch Received and Physical Batching of Cleaners as per DC and handover to logistics for further dispatch purpose.
l Handover of Assembly material to the concerned as per list given.
l Co-Ordination with Programming Team for programming of PLC.
l Co-ordination with internal QC team for internal inspection.
l Co-ordination with inward / IQC / Internal stores for clearance of material for inspection.
l Physical batching of material against daily VL10E report as per requirement.
l Any other work assigned by the Manager.
l Inventory Work .
l A) Daily / weekly / monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly physical stock counting.
l B) Following FIFO method for picking/issue of material.
l C) Maintaining of stores as per 5-S training and ISO standards.
l D) Reporting of shortage material as per min max inventory.
