HR Recruiter/Coordinator

As an HR Recruiter at Rochem Separation Systems, a subsidiary of Concord Enviro Systems Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will be expected to develop effective recruiting strategies, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts, as well as participate in career fairs and networking events. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - Source candidates and screen resumes - Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers - Develop effective recruiting strategies - Maintain candidate databases - Ensure a positive candidate experience - Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts - Participate in career fairs and networking events Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing - Strong skills in resume screening, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain candidate databases - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools - Experience in building relationships with academic institutions and industry contacts - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the water treatment or environmental services industry is a plus Please note that the work location for this role is in person at Bandra.
