We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Reruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to real projects in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
Source and screen candidate resumes based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and follow-ups.
Support in building talent pipelines for critical roles.
Assist in maintaining recruitment dashboards.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
