HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to real projects in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
• Source and screen candidate resumes based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Support in building talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment dashboards.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
