Job Description

As an HR Recruiter in the Solid Waste Management/Field Operations industry, your primary responsibility will be to handle end-to-end recruitment for field-level positions such as UCC Executive, Field Executive, and Operations Executive. You will need to source candidates through various channels, including local references, job portals, and field visits. Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and coordinating with project teams for manpower planning will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to travel between Jodhpur and Pali for recruitment drives and field coordination. Maintaining candidate database, joining status, and hiring reports accurately is essential. Ensuring timely onboarding and document collection of selected candidates will contribute to the efficiency of the recruitment process. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline, with an MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory. Having 1 to 2 years of experience in blue-collar/field recruitment is crucial. Good communication and coordination skills are necessary for effective interaction with candidates and project teams. Comfort with fieldwork and frequent travel is a requirement. Knowledge of the local area and language will be an added advantage. Your skills in recruitment, hiring, communication, candidate sourcing, candidate evaluation, coordination, and interviewing will play a vital role in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
