HR Recruiter

Location: Indore

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment/HR

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment drives.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Promote the employer brand and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as a recruiter, HR executive, or in a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/portals.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
