We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates, and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategies. This role is crucial in helping the company build a strong workforce and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
