Job Summary We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong command of English communication and at least 2+ years of experience in IT sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to work with international clients, generate qualified leads, and close deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients from international markets (primarily the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East). Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations. Represent the company in online meetings, email communications, and virtual events. Maintain records of interactions and leads using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or lead generation (preferably for an IT services company ). Proven experience working with international clients and understanding global business cultures. Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of lead generation tools, bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., is a plus. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: South Tukoganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Location: South Tukoganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
