About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive market growth. If you enjoy sales, building relationships, and want to work in a fast-paced startup environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with companies in sectors like logistics, healthcare, pharma, education, and retail.
• Engage with HR managers, TA leaders, and business owners through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and meetings.
• Conduct product demos to showcase solutions that improve hiring and business efficiency.
• Build partnerships with staffing agencies, colleges, and training institutes.
• Manage leads, track opportunities, and follow up through CRM tools.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (SaaS, HR-tech, or recruitment services preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Confident in presenting and demoing products to HR/business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Indian business landscape and hiring practices.
• Target-driven, resilient, and eager to grow in a startup.

Good to Have

• Experience selling to HR or recruitment teams.
• Exposure to industries with frontline/blue-collar hiring.
• Previous startup experience.
